I got my Nokia Lumia 920 WP8 last week. Yes it is heavier then an iPhone5, but it feels nicer, rounder, warmer. The screen is much larger and brighter. The response is super quick and I am impressed with the lay-out of WP8. It all works very intuitive and much better then any android system I have. It also looks and feels much more modern then the outdated iOS interface. The live tile function is really handy and immediately feels like something which is hard to miss day-2-day.
Nokia maps, Nokia music the camera (with several "lenses" ) are great and yes all my heavy usage apps are available in WP8 or you can reach the services via API's with other apps.
The typography of WP8 is also a cute feature which looks rather nice.
I am hooked to wireless charging (Fatboy!) and battery life is two days or longer - so much better then iOS and much much better then android.
The build quality of the Lumia 920 is excellent - it feels solid. The buttons, the body, the screen - they are foolproof. If only... My first Lumia 920 just stopped working each time when I charged it. I had to hard reset it to bring it back to life. Nokia Care is trying to recover it. It seems to be a known issue for the Lumia 920. Strange that 5 months after its introduction these kind of issues still exists - I never encountered something like this with Apple products and did not expects such thing to happen with Nokia. On the other hand Nokia was so kind to sent me a replace (red) Lumia 920 for the time of the repair. That phone is doing ok.
Hur är det mögligt? Eddie Razaz hade allt: ljuden av Thomas G:son, Peter Boström (från Euphoria - Loreen) och en bra act. Men inte så bra live prestanda... Nu är det slut för honom.
with MoneyBird naturally...
Why should we do without wrestling at OS2016? What's better then this?
As a birthday present from Eddie I got this great statue of The Charioteer of Delphi; it's a copy of the one in the Delphi Museum and the original one dates from 500 b.C.

Eddie and I visit Berlin for a couple of days. Seeing some old friends, museums and restaurants and discovering new ones. (Like the amazing Bode Museum and the Deutsche Technik Museum). Food is always great in Berlin, especially typical German Food; which I like very much.
Preston and Porter (Desperate Housewives) are now Teen Wolfs and added a little more muscle...
Courtesy of Nokia I received this (red) Lumia 920 to get an idea about this phone and windows 8 phone. I am still waiting for my own (yellow) one to arrive. First impression: great!

In "Behind the Candelabra", an upcoming HBO biopic about Liberace; Michael Douglas plays the pianist opposite Matt Damon, as his younger lover, Scott Thorson.
An interesting research of Pew "Coming and Going on Facebook" indicates that more an more people are taking a FB vacation and are having a social media burnout, especially teens. The report found that 42 percent of Facebook users from the ages of 18
to 29 said that the average time they spent on the site in a typical day
had decreased in the last year. That's not so good news for FB. I wrote about my worries about FB and other social media before - I think ii is time for something new. Quality above a stream of senseless data.
