Eddie and I joined Ingo to buy his Blue R1200 GS. Awesome bike. I had a sneak view at the R 1200R which I like very much.

Last monday I changed my driving instructor. (The one I had went on holiday...)
This new guy told me that I had all the skills already to go up for the 1st exam this Friday!  You can imagine how surprised I was, after just having started to learn to ride a motor bike.
Anyway I had my exam today and passed! :-)  All the emergency stops, U-turns etc. went like crazy and Daan the guy who conducted the examination was happy to shake hands after 10 minutes or so.
So now I am up to the final (3rd) part: the actual Road Ride test.

Why is it often the case that high powered US politicians overestimate their power and get lured into shady affairs that make them very vunerable for blackmail and such? I always find it funny when such a guy is exposed - how stupid can you be? Especially if you know that, according to prosecutors, the Emperor’s Club provided women to clients
in London, Paris, Miami and other cities, and charged $5,500 (sic!) an hour...

While its raining cats and dogs here in Amsterdam I could be doing quite other things somewhere else ;-)

Ever since I saw this picture at the Tefaf I am thinking of it. I really like it. The composition, the colors his expression.
I guess when we are in Paris in a couple of weeks we have to visit the gallery and have an other look at it.
