Thor Heyerdahl and Easter Island
We were in Oslo to prepare for our Easter Island trip in May. The Kontiki Museum gives a good overview of his expeditions. Everybody knows his Kontiki and Ra voyage. Less wel known is the fact that he did some major archeology work at Easter Island in the 1950's.
