Is it better to RUN or not to RUN

Hmmm... I found this map of the air quality of Amsterdam Centre. (Green = OK,  purple = very Bad.) It turns out that on my runs (to the west part of Amsterdam) I have to cross some pretty nasty areas...
Maybe I just have to run faster?
