Ecole de Cuisine Alain Ducasse

I am thinking about taking an other cooking course (maybe because of the Julia Childs' movie). The best course is at the cookery school of Alain Ducasse, unfortunately it is only in French and I am afraid my French isn't good enough for complex cooking technique language. So maybe just the BBQ course?
