The day I ran naked...

Thanks to the article of Mark Singer in the New Yorker  I was wondering why I always run like a laboratory rabbit completely wired up? So I decided to run "naked". No Nike fuel band, No Nike GPS watch, No Nike plus sensor, No Polar heartbeat sensor, No iPod, even No shirt. Just some (Nike free) shoes and shorts (for my keys). It felt really weird running around like that. Very much aware of my breathing and sound of my shoes on the pavement. Nothing to check, not sure when to turn around...
After awhile though things got better and I felt actually free - nothing to worry about :-)
But no stats after my run either:  Length,  duration, heartbeat, pace - nothing.
I must admit that I am not sure what to do now? Maybe alternate wired with free?

Hmmm...

How to run a marathon while not running at all...

Mark Singers' excellent and hilarious piece in this weeks New Yorker about a Michigan dentist who cheated at dozens of marathons (even inventing his own) in order to get...what? credibility? The more capabilities to sharing stuff the more stupid stuff we are doing in order to brag about it... ;-))
This dentist really took it a nudge to far and got lost in his own tricks and lies.

Now that my swedish study is over and done with it's time for something new. Making & producting music is always been a passion of mine - so what better then to pick up where I left Reason and with the help of my teacher Jord try to create some music :-)

Boring sundays?

An other sunday an other 16K run - during running I can not think of anything else then running. Maybe better this way beacuse my sundays are really predictable this way...
