My first android: HTC Desire

Because there are some interesting developments in android lately Marijn and I couldn't stand aside and bought each a HTC Desire. We need to know how android works adn to see what's going on on this app market. It took a couple of minutes to get used to the UI - being a iphone adapt for so long. Hopefully this will ease my (phone)life as well, because my iPhone4 still drops calls like flies on a hot day :-(
