Against Nature?

National History Museum at the University of Oslo has just opened a first-ever museum exhibition dedicated to gay animals. “
Against Nature?” does not tell zoologists anything new. Homosexuality has been recorded in some 1,500 species so far, and been well documented in about a third of these cases; it has been known since the time of Aristotle, who thought he witnessed two male hyenas having sex with one another. Scientists have often turned a blind eye on animal homosexuality. In one study are where over 95 % of all sexual activity was between males, the researcher noted it as “sparring”, a form of ritual combat... :-)
